It offers you everything under one roof, unlike most gyms where it’s focused on weights and aerobics, they offer pools, hot tub, pickleball courts and a pool table as well as classes focused on a variety of strength training classes for various age groups.

Im turning 80 this year! My exercise at the Y is my best hope to be able to breathe, walk and drive as I live longer!! Need the YMCA so VERY MUCH TO BE AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE!!

Plenty of machines for everyone and clean environment.
Big space to work out, lots of machines to choose from. I wish they had a cold plunge though, I would come more often if they did for after my workouts.

Overall the ymca does an amazing job we go to the summer y and love it! Child care is great and they keep the entire Y clean and McDonnell is a great employee! Very helpful
