The ease of participating, friendly, clean, filled with daylight. Older individuals can feel safe here and it’s a gym for all sizes, shapes, ability and ages.

I love the variety of classes and group exercises.
I’ve belonged to many gyms over the years and this gym is by far the best in terms of workout variety, cleanliness and equipment variety.
The indoor track is great and the number of machines provides many alternatives to a workout. The machines are modern and not run down as you may find in some gyms.
Staff are polite and helpful.
Ample parking (occasionally there are events that create a full house but it has been infrequent.
There are so many ways to get a workout, the monthly fee is well worth it.
I love your facility in Sumner so happy the new steam room is up and running very efficient better than before.
I enjoy the different classes an activities for myself and my kids.
I have signed up for the silver fit membership but haven't yet been able to get there due to other commitments.....but soin!

Consider a discount for couples or families to use the massage chairs-like $20 for 2. A lot of times 1 machine doesn’t work
There are many things to like; the cleanliness of the place is outstanding! The overall friendliness of the staff makes you feel warm and welcome. Many good exercise programs available.

1) We have new treadmills, but they are not connected to live T.V
This cannot be very difficult to fix.
2) Adjust the Saturday opening hours to 6:00 am during the spring and summer months
3) Several pieces of exercise equipment that have moving parts like weights moving on a rail or slide surface require periodic maintenance. Metal on Metal moving parts need to be cleaned and lubricated on a routine schedule. As most equipment have numbers assigned it would not be difficult to create a record of what needs routine maintenance and when this maintenance was last accomplished.
Outside of a schedule put up a notification sheet that could identify, by number, any equipment that might require immediate attention.
Item 3) should be accomplished ASAP.

The Gordon YMCA is a great facility in the community. My family personally loves the Y, it is well maintained, extremely clean , associates are friendly and it really serves the community.
I am thankful to have such a great place to workout and enjoy!
