Dessert foothills YMCA is a dynamic place to work out. Machines are outstanding. Classes plentiful and meet all levels of fitness. People are friendly. Free weight area is busy but there is another room with lighter weights that I prefer. While it does get busy, people are respectful. I’m in my mid sixty’s, have consistently had a good workout routine, and am inspired to try new things.

Facility is always clean, most personnel friendly, have all the equipment I use, would love 1 more upright bike. I have asked recently to have someone tell a gentleman not to wear his “resist” tshirt. He wore it today. Next time I see him I am going to tell him to stop wearing the shirt.
