I feel very welcome at the desert Foothills family YMCA. I am always greeted with a friendly hello when I check in and some times "Have a great workout". The instructor are very helpful and more then happy to give tips on how to improve if you ask. I have also made many new friends that I look foreword to seeing when I am at the Y. I have been a member for many years and I hope to continue as long as possible.

Staff are super friendly. Sufficient amount of gym equipment. Easy to get to. Can get United Health membership.
There is everything you can imagine towards bringing about great health. Classes, swimming, weights and machines. Nothing else I need!

That the children learn all 4 strokes. However you need two people . Yhr last three sessions have been just one.
I enjoy coming to a clean facility, being greeted by smiling, friendly staff.
It’s very close to my house and most of the time the people are very friendly. And the price is great for everything that I get.
As a senior, my Medicare insurance covers the enrollment cost. Facility is clean. Staff is friendly and down to earth. A comfortable environment.

It’s very nice and not too crowded. I can always do circuit training or swim and/or simply stretch or lift weights. The facility is large, clean and wonderful equipment your classes are pretty great as well. I really enjoy my membership. Pam F.

My local YMCA, Desert Foothills YMCA, Is conveniently located with safe, easy access an ample parking. The front desk staff has always been welcoming, courteous, efficient, and helpful. The facilities and equipment are plentiful and clean.

I go to Zumba at the Y and its a great experience. Our teacher Jabe is great! Its fun and good exercise.
I am impressed by the number of programs offered by the Y and a very caring staff. I believe the Y offers something for all age groups which is also a plus.

Very friendly place that does a great job building community. Zumba with Shannon is off the charts! Love the equipment, the hours. I've only been using the Y for one year, but it has improved my quality of life greatly. Thank you for all that you do for the community!
I love going to Silver Sneakers. There is also a variety of other exercise choices. Zumba is another favorite. I have my husband coming 3 times a week with me. They are very senior friendly with additional activities.
