Great classes, friendly staff!
Wide variety of classes and activities available.
Generally good range of equipment..but more room needed for improvement re maintenance.
Finally one of the two "nu-step" recumbent exercise bicycles has been repaired. (It had a "contacted warranty company" sign on it for well over a year".) These 2 nu-step pieces of equipment are the same tools used by HonorHealth Cardiac Rehab facility in Scottsdale, and from my experience seem very frequently in use at the YMCA.
However, there is a large ceiling fan -- over that same, immediate area -- which I've never seen operating for 1-2 years, even though all other fans have been operating. Needs to be repaired?
It's also encouraging that those managing the front sign-in desk are a little less habitually head-down, scrolling their phones. This is a bad look when customers enter. Even worse, from my previous experiences, is when I've interrupted one of them to report all the paper towel dispensers in locker room are empty, or all soap dispensers also empty (which typ happens over weekends)...and then one person looks up to acknowledge and says they will take care of it.....but still nothing done an hour later when I leave the facility.

I enjoy Plato g pickleball. I get good workouts on the stationary bike and weights.
I love my YMCA! Clean well organized facility with helpful staff. Lots of energy and smiling faces. The workouts are the highlight of my daily routine!!

All of the machines, bathrooms and weights are clean and in great working condition. All staff are friendly and helpful. The environment is family friendly and non-judgmental.
Nustep machines-I have mobility issues that make it hard to use other machines. Also, it’s a friendly place with helpful staff
