Great classes, instructors and atmosphere. Weight room and equipment is wonderful as well. Love the different spaces to stretch and not feel like you are interfering with busy spaces in the workout areas.

I love coming to the YMCA. There are so many classes to choose from, I can't wait to try them all. The facility is beautiful and clean with a very friendly staff. The equipment is amazing and still learning how to use it all. Best decision I've made to join since retiring!

The Desert Foothills Family YMCA has a wonderful staff and great classes. Their personal trainers and class instructors make exercise fun. I have also made many friends by attending their classes. I always look forward to going to the Y!

The wide range of activities throughout the day and into the evening means there is always something I can do. It f I don’t want to do a class the gym and pool are first class.
People are friendly - this is not a facility that you have to dress up in expensive gym clothing. It is welcoming and encouraging to all, regardless to age, fitness level or what you wear.
Lots of classes to choose from. Have made many good friends at the Y. No judging. I have never been made to be inferior because I do not have a perfect body.
