variety of weight machines and classes, cleanliness, hours open, swimming pool, courteous staff.
Great facilities, friendly staff. Group classes can get really full and crowded. Why not use an online sign-up system which would limit numbers to a reasonable group. Sign up could open something like 48 hours before the class. I also belong to La Vita in Portage, Wisconsin. They use such a system and it works well. People can still show up and participate if there are spots open or if there are no-shows.
The people are friendly and ready to help. Though it is busy, I have always been able to accomplish the training that I wanted.
It’s close to where I live. This location has added new treadmills that are very nice.

Shannon is a highly competent administrator who combines an impressive intelligence with remarkable people skills and a wonderful sense of humor. The Group X classes at the Y are excellent; Shannon, Deana, Julia and Danielle are an amazing team. Love the new egym and the facilities are pristine. Great place with wonderful programs!
Overall a good workout experience so far. The gym area is clean and tidy. There is a young man working during the daytime hours on the weekdays that keeps it nice and clean. He is keeps things nice/tidy and has a great attitude and personality. Unfortunately during the evening hours, many guest do not swipe down their machines after using them. I have not used any other areas of the complex but they look in good shape and are clean.
Staff is helpful & a very clean facility!
