The quality of photo is not good. The photo is not centralized and the colors are not good.
Photo received was extra dark and the binder to hold Luke's diploma had a long cut on it. It looked like someone use it as a cutting board. Horrible LSU !!!

Very fast turnaround on the order
I ordered a download link of my graduation picture and it took a month and me sending MULTIPLE emails requesting it to be resent for me to finally get it. Ridiculous.
You are very expensive
Well, at least more pictures. Almost $100 for my package and just few photos. Or make other option: keep the same quantity but releasing these original photos online and we can print more to family here and oversea.
The photos are dark. The prices are expensive. It was difficult to see the images with the obnoxious floating water marks
It was very easy to order and my pictures arrived in a timely manner.
Give more options to purchase. The packages are too big for some of us.

$50 dollars for a digital picture is unreasonable. When I asked about updates via email I got a response only 1 out of 3 times I emailed. Will I ever recommend you? - of course not. Every student out there thinks you are just robbing poor graduates
The pictures were great
Words can not describe how focused, responsive, and committed everyone was. Ms Raven was absolutely AMAZING. She never allowed the response time to go beyond a day or two. My Great DEAN (Dr. Alex Garn) is the BEST - Everything was great. I desire to start my Doctorate program with LSU in Exercise Physiology. Thanks

Good quality pictures and fast service was able to place my order and customize which pictures I liked and order how many of which one I liked. 10/10 price a little expensive but when seeing what picture other people tried taking at graduation these are superior in quality.
