I haven’t heard back from the email I submitted not the help desk ticket I created. They were great photos but I have an issue I need resolved and haven’t heard back despite multiple attempts to contact

We got 16 shots of my son at his graduation. One was a good photo of him; 13 were decent but not as good as photos we took; and in two of the pictures he was in the background behind a student we don't know. (We're wondering how many strangers have grad photos with our kid in them.) We ordered a few official pictures but were less than impressed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Photos were not adequately protected in mailing envelope. Given the cost, a more appropriate cardboard-type mailer was expected. My photos were curled during the shipping process.

Also the retouching process, did not minimize my fly-away hair, as requested.

You were able to get the graduation picture I could not...the handshake and diploma hand off. I also like that even though I waited 6 months, I could still purchase the pictures

Your products are obscenely expensive. The digital photo was sent as a jpeg. Why would you make me pay that much for a digital photo and not send the RAW or at least something better than jpeg!?

I didn’t get to see any of the photos with my classmates taken with the professors. Would have liked to have seen one at least.
