The images do not print as clear as they show on screen when cropped. One of my images is completely blurry.

For me personally, I didn't need a package deal. So I opted for the individual photos. Thought they were a bit pricey for a 5x7 photo. Then I also had one I my group that was out of focus and non repairable. But you made things right by replacing with a different one.
As a former photographer, it’s nice to see a company handle this event so well. Love the pics!
The pictures are not very good. The picture was too wide and it was cutoff at the bottom, looking different than the example shown when purchasing.

I emailed you as soon as I got my prints in the mail. They were mangled and bent. No cardboard was used to protect the pictures and subsequently they are unusable. I want them reprinted and sent in a reinforced envelope. I attached pictures of how they arrived to my email.

The photo I ordered is very blurry. When I cropped and enlarged it on the computer, it looked fine. However when I received it, the photo was blurry.
It’s good but expensive too
The pictures were OK, but my son's tassle was kind of messed up and had the year backwards so it wasn't readable. Also, when I paid extra for full touch-up, it didn't eliminate the shine from his sweat.
I liked the variety of options available and affordable!! I received my order quickly and was pleased with the quality.

The print quality was poor. I called and I was suppose to receive new prints and i haven’t received them.
The images look great on a computer screen but when the prints arrived that I paid almost $50 the images were blurry and the quality is clearly not high.
I ordered my prints almost 3 weeks ago and they still aren't here

The photo of my cap had flash so it was washed out.. NOT professional at all and they are extremely overpriced. Also, the size is not always compatible for putting in jpeg form so I had to crop it properly…I think my private catholic university could have hired a better team.
My shot wasn’t great. Also $50 for a digital picture is a little too much. Also deceit. I got an email saying if I don’t get my pictures today tomorrow they would be 25% more expensive. So I got them… next day the pictures where actually $5 cheaper…. And the pictures looked bad. I would definitely not recommend.
