My experience at the Semones YMCA is top notch. Here's my experiences:
When I check in, every single front desk person is cordial, courteous and professional. "Beyond reproach". When you leave, I'm wished a good day and thanks for coming in "every time".
The facility is clean and well maintained. While you are working out, staff are seen wiping down the equipment, counters, and other well-traveled and not so well traveled areas. For devices that are sweated on, it's clean and sanitary.
I'm a lap swimmer too, the locker room is "spic and span" (old term means clean). Towels are clean, bathrooms, showers well sanitized, toilets clean including the floors for both. The pool area is well maintained and safe.
Overall, the facility is customer centric, staff well trained and courteous. Can't say enough about the quality of customer service across the board. I work out almost every single day and the experience is consistently high quality regardless of the day or time of day. The facility is managed extremely well.

Very friendly staff, facilities always in good shape, hours are great! Only thing I'd want is more child watch hours and for Pickleballers to put the basketball hoops back down when they're done.
I enjoy my exercise classes with Sherri each Tu and Thurs! I've met so many wonderful, caring people in both classes !
Am single 88 year old female. Have been going to Semones for many years. This YMCA feels like my family. Calls everybody by their first name. Caring, loving, helpful - both staff and members. Diddy Fulbright makes all of this happen. Very involved. Diddy makes this Y a very special place.

Outdoor pool is fabulous! Staff are friendly and helpful! I love the range of ages represented. There is something for everyone. A first class place!
I really appreciate Sam Smiddy. He is wonderful with my children and really understands how to interact with them. He is very kind and a great swim teacher! I am looking forward to more sessions with him.
Also, I am grateful for the switchover from group sessions to private sessions. It has been a great help for us!
