Friendly staff
I've worked out at Semones YMCA for years and starting with Didi Fulbright and all the staff are fantastic. Truly a "family" feel Y. And, so many of the great instructors have been teaching at Semones for years too, with a great selection of classes. Love Semones YMCA.

It's a nice facility and has a variety of classes and machines to use. It meets my needs!
The staff is great, classes are awesome (although would be nice to have a cycle class at 7am some days), weight room is great, pool is great!
The people
I absolutely adore the inter-generational supportive environment that the YMCA provides. It's a magical space where seniors, parents with small children, and even teens can come to engage in healthy habits.

Mgmt listens to concerns with the fitness class schedules and does its best to accommodate members
Need more mirrors in the two group exercise rooms
Staff did a much better job compared to past seasons in rescheduling games! Greatly appreciated. One suggestion would be to ask for byes beforehand to potentially ward off reschedules. We had an issue come up with our girls team where the soccer schedule conflicted with the Adventure Guides campout and it took some time to reschedule. Other than that, great season - thank you!
The games are always on time. The refs are great - polite and fair but also understand that the kids are still learning the game. We have a preference to not have games during the week but know this isn't always possible.
It was lively, connecting and the members were very friendly. The front office staff wasn’t as attentively caring. That was slightly disconcerting mainly because that was my very first time at that particular location. I was excepting welcoming smiles. But the class was invigorating, challenging but fun.
Love the outdoor pool, and while other Ys often open on a delayed basis owing to personnel issues, you guys do a good job @ being ready to roll @ opening time:00:00:00
Clean, spacious, nice equipment and arranged well. Indoor AND outdoor pool! Wish there were more classes but overall it’s a gym I feel very comfortable in
The classes are terrific, especially Pop Pilates with Mary..too much fun to be legal 😎
Other programs are available, but I don't use all of them.
The facility is always clean and well attended.

Location, variety, yoga, swimming, friendly staff.
Everyone has space to exercise and the equipment is great/ the pool is awesome staff is friendly!
We felt like Semones had good kind referees overall. Also, we really appreciated that this location did its best to make sure the kids got to play all their games and would re-schedule them when they could. It made for such a great soccer season. Thanks to everyone!

Friendly staff, great work-out machines, good classes and easy parking
I go for the excellent classes. Also, this is the only Y around me with a "Lat Raise" weight machine. I make an effort to get there just due to this machine.
My request is to offer more Pilates/barre/pi-yo classes at times other than business hours. Those of us with corporate jobs would appreciate it. I would also like to have classes later on Saturday.
