I wish there were additional 5:30 am classes. Les Mills is usually full and crowded. It can’t accommodate everyone who wants to attend. A 5:30 am Step class would be great.
I love the staff and the facilities are always very clean. My daughters love the caretakers in the childcare. I feel comfortable taking them there. The yoga class with Debbie is serene and wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and kind.
Convenient location. Lots of options on equipment. Friendly staff.
I go for the excellent classes. Also, this is the only Y around me with a "Lat Raise" weight machine. I make an effort to get there just due to this machine.
My request is to offer more Pilates/barre/pi-yo classes at times other than business hours. Those of us with corporate jobs would appreciate it. I would also like to have classes later on Saturday.

I've worked out at Semones YMCA for years and starting with Didi Fulbright and all the staff are fantastic. Truly a "family" feel Y. And, so many of the great instructors have been teaching at Semones for years too, with a great selection of classes. Love Semones YMCA.
Gives me a routine. I am not particularly social, so this allows me to be apart of things to the extent that I feel I can give plus something for my body

It's a nice facility and has a variety of classes and machines to use. It meets my needs!
The staff is great, classes are awesome (although would be nice to have a cycle class at 7am some days), weight room is great, pool is great!
Our son's lessons were great! The coaches were very understanding and sweet. My son is much more comfortable with the water now.
