Loved the pool and the aquatics teacher. Although the pool area is very tired looking. Definitely needs an investment to look clean and up to date.
I love the Strength class I take with Sharon Jones on Fridays. Many others feel exactly the same way. I’m trying to get another class added where she is the teacher.

SFY is the heartbeat of our community. The staff is so caring, led by the great example of Diddy - who EVERYONE knows how much she love the Y and its members. And also the members are so passionate about "their Y". In addition, great programs for all ages and families. Top it off by the incredible outreach enabled by the annual campaign.

I sometimes feel awkward bringing my kid to the lap area-but with the winter months-its nice to get out of the house.
I like the friendliness of the other Y members. I was sitting outside the pool this past weekend with my 6 year old and 2 different Y members invited us in to share the lap pool.
Incredible experience for the kids and well organized. We have played several seasons of soccer and basketball and it has been a great outlet for our daughter.
Safe, welcoming environment, staff know me personally, classes and teachers very good. Exercising at the Y is a regular part of my life.
Everything is so well organized. The refs are caring and fare. The games are really fun. It's a great experience for our kids.

My whole family uses the y I really like the masters swimming. You guys do a great job with the coaching!! Wish we could swim outdoors in the morning. But really love the y !
