The lessons are good, but there were a few issues of miscommunication (instructor not there, for example).
Semones Family Y is the place to be for exercise and community. It's welcoming and entices you to become more engaged in the process. In challenging yourself you reap the benefits of self-satisfaction and sense of accomplishment. Testing your limits and endurance generate a better you and show others that it can be done.

Being a part of the Semones (Town North) Y is like living in Mayberry (for those old enough to get that reference). You cannot walk into the Semones Y and not come across friends you have known for many years. This makes a large city, like Dallas, feel small because of the strong community that exists around the Semones Y.
