Almost out of oil just before this cold spell due to driver not wanting to wait while steps to oil fill were being shoveled. He had all intentions of coming back but maybe forgot or not enough drivers. A panic call to Rymes customer service had a truck here that day! The drivers are very friendly and pleasant.

I like that when I emailed via the website a real person called me on the phone! I like that technicians came back to my home as many times as needed to fix the problem. I liked that when my furnace caught fire at 1:00 am last January I called the emergency number, spoke to a real person who sent someone to my house in the middle of the night! I’ve been a customer for maybe 8 years and the service has only gotten better!

As a long time client, can say that Rymes has never let us down. I’ve used their emergency furnace service and buy oil and propane. This week, rymes can on Thursday to do a fill, even thought next Tuesday was our regularly scheduled auto fill. We had a delivery of 199 gallons, which meant we only had 51 gal in tank. I know they came early because of the extreme cold emergency. They are the best!

The price is close to other companies in the area. Whenever I have questions they are answered by one of the pleasant employees. Or when i have used more fuel than normal and need an extra delivery they have always been quick to deliver. The delivery people are efficient and neat. Your people are your greatest asset.

The response to my problem of an almost empty tank and faint odor of propane was outstanding. The telephone representative was excellent. He expained what we needed to do and promptly arranged for a technician to come to the house and for a propane delivery. The technician arrived within the hour, checked out the tank, explained what was happening, and added a monoring device. We received a delivery within the next hour. I have been a long time customer and was concerned when Rymes was sold but I am very pleased to get the service we received from Superior Plus Propane.

I would like it if your Invoices had Rymes on the receipt instead of Superior. It is confusing to see a bill fir that amount and wondering if your credit card has been compromised. Otherwise you provide good timely service.

I think your customer service is outstanding whenever we have a question and need to call. The drivers are absolutely wonderful. We have three dogs. For this last delivery, for example, he made sure all three dogs were in the house because he didn’t want them to get loose. We always recommend your company to family and friends. You deliver on time. Very friendly staff.

Rymes is always on top of my propane needs. They deliver even when my quarter mile access road isn't at its best in the winter months. I've never run out of propane. And, the delivery driver is very friendly. Also, you can set up a pre-season price which has saved me a bunch of money over the years. Great company to work with.
