I have been a customer since 2006. I like the budget plans and the delivery service has been reliable. There was an issue years ago with the regulator on my propane tank that took a while to resolve. I have usually had good service from the techs for cleaning and repalr of my boiler. I hope you keep the good repair staff.

I have used Rymes for years for gas and oil and for new furnaces. All the men have been great when fjxing or cleaning . I rely on Rymes to keep my apartment house heat working.

You are relatively fast to schedule a service call and have the option for emergency calls. Your rates for a service call is very reasonable and if multiple calls are required, you do not start multiplying the rate.I find your call in number to be not friendly for requesting a service call, The hold times can be very long and since this is a request, I prefer communicating via email for this type of problem or issue. Immediate response or talking to a live person is not required.

I was very happy with the service I got once I was able to get through to someone on the phone. I do have an issue with being able to get to the point where I was very low on oil, I am on automatic delivery, and needed to contact you to get it resolved.
