They are always quick to answer the phone and great about delivery in a timely manner. There are auto deliveries or they will call to check in when they think you might be close to needing another delivery when you opt off of auto deliveries! Very happy with our 6 years with them so far.

Both the person I spoke with on the phone and Andrew, who delivered the propane, were helpful and knowledgeable, in addition to being friendly and pleasant to talk with. I especially appreciated receiving the delivery so promptly. My generator went through quite a bit of propane during the storm power outage and I am happy to have my tanks full. Thank you!

My husband and I were customers of Rymes from the time Jim bought the business in Antrim and I continued to be a customer, changing the account in my name after my husband passed away 34 years ago. I have automatic delivery and I love the fact that in all of these years, the deliveries have been made exactly when they were scheduled. Being on a fixed income, I am not thrilled with the fact that it costs approximately $22 in fees for every delivery, but I do undeerstand the reason for it. I like the fact that I can pre-buy as it makes the process easier for me. Hoping that I will be able to continue that as prices rise and the fact that I am on a fixed income. All of the delivery personnel that I have had contact with have been friendly and professional.

Deliveries always come promptly as scheduled. Very dependable.

Never had an empty propane tank.

I like that if I’m in need of a minor furnace repair, Rhymes has people nearby that can be dispatched fairly quickly. The previous company we dealt with had one or two independent contractors that seemed to take forever to arrive and didn’t do a very good job.
