In the eight years we've been using Rymes as our propane provider we have never had an issue with deliveries or customer service. In fact, there were some winters when the delivery truck make it up our 1/4-mile snow-packed driveway when we thought there was no way they'd make the incline and curves. Also, the customer service is excellent. Never had a problem getting answers to questions, and everyone there has been very polite and professional. Very happy with Rymes.

Andrew my tech, was very knowledgeable and respectful. He provided good information, above and beyond what I expected in assessing the house and future needs. I've ordered propane at my old house from a different company and they never sent anyone like Andrew. So keep that guy!

Their prices are not the lowest, but they survey the tank and monitor it remotely. so it is as easy as can be for the homeowner.
