I think the accounting and billing has improved. I appreciate the online features that allow me to keep track of deliveries dates and amounts on an ongoing basis over the season.

I had an annual furnace cleaning and noticed that no signed inspection ticket was left hung by the furnace this time. Has the practice been discontinued? I feel I have no way to know the technician’s assessment.

Service crews are great when we need them to come out to the house. Getting hold of customer service via phone has taken some time in the last year.

Proform Razor 400 ES - need a new console/battery cover

My husband said to the delivery guy, who passed by the front door on his way to the tap, "Please leave your bill here at the front door because when it's hitched to the garage door, we don't see it because the garage door is UP when we go in or out." The guy said sure. Hubs couldn't find the bill after the delivery and searched all around the property for it in case it had already blown away. Sure enough, it was attached to the outside garage door handle - a door that's always UP when we go in or out.

This is an annoying and minor complaint, but we have had these bills blow away because we never knew they were there. The first we knew about one bill was when we got a dunning notice. I am glad to see you follow up with an online bill - it will keep this from being repeated, I hope!

If I have an issue, such as water heater or furnace, I can call you and a repair person is dispatched rather quickly and more local to my area.
