Also, all your delivery men are very nice. Thank you.
Always had good interactions with office and mechanics who come to the house..

The delivery was fine as always. You installed an oil burner and tank 8 years ago for us and the caulking around the chimney is gone. I am worried about the leakage of fumes in the basement and a general cleaning. I was informed you now have a service partner who will be in touch. So far nothing.
The service is ok. The fuel was delivered on time and without problems.

Your responsiveness to correcting the price of our propane to be in line with your competitors was greatly appreciated by this retired military family.
We like monitored tanks, but there was a problem with this most recent delivery: We've multiple tanks on the property and the wrong tank was filled. (filled the set of 240 tanks and not the large 500 gal. tank stated on the delivery ticket.
