So many options. Classes, pool, dumbbells, kettlebells, weight machines, cardio machines, plus child care that my kids love! And the price is reasonable as well.
Very friendly feels like family when we go there. We do need rules put in place for pickleball. We would be be happy to help with this issue.
Friendly staff, clean facilities. As a retired couple, it gives us a chance to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds. Since we live on a low fixed income, the sliding scale fee allows us to be members and keep physically fit, and we really appreciate it.

I normally go to SpartanNash due to location. But visser was much nicer than I expected. Nice staff at front desk as well
They did turn the water temp back up in the family pool area when everyone complained about it being too cold. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and free hot coffee is ready on arrival.
I like the large parking lot and classes
Love the people, great location. Machines are always available. Not crowded (most of the time). Always someone wiping off equipment. Alway ssomeone around to answer questions.
Always people that give you a nice 'Hello' and a smile. Warm, safe, valued, loving.
Everyone at the front desk especially are super nice, caring people. Love having different instructors for weekly water aerobics classes.
I like the weight equipment better than some of the other gyms. I like that it is less crowded. I like the expanded hours.
The pool, especially the family pool
The family pool is awesome since January I lost 50lbs. Going to the exercise classes and walking in water.
Love the classes and sauna
Friendly staff int he Kidzone! My daughter very much prefers going to the Visser KZ over the SNY KZ.
On a side note, there are a lot of people sitting/standing around the building. There are usually 3 people sitting at the front desk and then also 2 people sitting/standing at the wellness desk. There were some lights out in the Family Locker Room showers as well.
It is always a great experience. ALL employees have been awesome and the club is always working correctly!
The culture. Many friendly people and staff saying hello and genuinely happy to help me heal from obesity and gain energy. I’m learning a ton about nutrition.
Such a welcoming environment and a very friendly front desk staff and even on the ground staff all genuine people. I’ve had a few of my friends enroll here and they all love it the same!

The Visser is the best! Very clean, lifeguards are great, and the office staff is very friendly! Especially Carol, and Michael who does a marvelous job in Facilities.
The aerobic swim classes
Everyone is so nice! I love that they got some new machines and added another deadlift station. Everyone in the kid zone are great to my kiddos. I love it there.
