The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained. My favorite area is the pool and love swimming laps and doing water exercise. And I really enjoy meeting new people and have met so many great people here.

The step classes are a highlight of my week!!
I go to the Visser YMCA to work out. The facility is very clean and the equipment is always working. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a good place to work out. I haven't found time to take the exercise classes upstairs yet. The best is Carol's craft classes.

Do you really????? If you really do, then why are all the requests for NEW STEPS going unheeded? What you have at Visser is very dangerous!!!!!! Many risers and steps are missing the rubber grips! Step move and slip during use! That is VERY DANGEROUS! Take it from one whose step slid from under me during Step Class and I fell flat on my buttocks! It was paining me for more than a years. This should NEVER happen at a facility that really cares about the safety of its members. I go to the downtown Y also and they have wonderful and safe and secure steps. Please contact me and tell me why at the Y that does so many great Step classes you provide the dangerous faulty steps for your members. We have had a great experience in May with the swim instructors at Visser! They are patient and engaged with our kiddo.
The soccer class with Alyssa has also been awesome for our other kiddo. He runs around for an hour and no complaints because he's having so much fun learning the sport.
We enjoy using your workout equipment very much, and there is a lot of variety in the available equipment. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Its super friendly and seems intimidating at first but all the employees have always been really nice and helpful. I've never had a bad experience.
They have the same equipment I used in pulminary rehab and I enjoy working out for 50 minutes 3 times a week.
