I am very pleased with and impressed by the good character displayed by the coaches, teammates, referees, parents, etc. I really love how the refs seem to really care about these kids learning the game and will instruct them. I think our son's coach Drew Koopman is the best; he is a great guy and is really good at coaching!

I love how clean it is compared to other branches. The staff are much more friendly and I prefer the visser and will drive out of my way to go to the visser location because of the cleanliness and friendships developed.
the Visser Y is my favorite Y. The parking is great and easily accessible, the coffee and creamer offerings are elite and the classes and workout equipment is close. I like the size of the facility and the staff are very friendly. Your front door girl is great at her job - Lindsey or Leslie? I wish you could add a Wednesday evening (5:30 PM) Body Pump class. Then it would be perfect!
We enjoy the early hours of the family pool. Great way to start the day!
I love the smaller atmosphere, coffee bar in the mornings, the chapel, the separate hot tubs and open gym time, so it’s fun as a family!!

We love the family and friendly atmosphere at the Visser YMCA. Staff members are friendly, pleasant, kind, and professional. The lifeguards are wonderful. Although the price of membership has increased twice over the past one year, we do realize that everything has increased in cost. We are hoping we can continue our membership in the future but may need to reassess that in the future if the price continues to drastically increase. We would recommend the Visser Y to other people.
The only constructive comment I will make at this time is to state that the water in the hot tubs needs to be changed more frequently. They become very dirty/nasty as people don’t shower/rinse off before using and many people come directly from the steam rooms (sweating) and go in the hot tubs without rinsing the sweat off first. Also, perhaps more “Shower before using hot tub” signs could be placed. Thanks for allowing feedback!
A clean facility with a lot of equipment and programs to participate in.
It's very easy to walk right in and get to work, unlike the Wyoming and downtown location. Has a really comfortable family feel to it.

The Visser YMCA staff works very hard to ensure the youth basketball league is a great experience for all children, parents, and volunteers.
