The exercise classes!
Variety of classes offered, selection of equipment to use, friendliness and helpfulness of staff. One suggestion I have is to put rainfall shower heads in the family changing room showers. Kids tend to dislike the feeling of regular shower heads but don’t seem to have such a hard time with the rainfall shower head. I’m sure a lot of families would appreciate that!

I like the availability of free weights, treadmills, stair steppers, - I like the gym. Planning on trying the pool and exercise classes.

I love the kidzone staff! They do such a good job with my kiddo, they make me feel very comfortable leaving my son, so I can go get some me time and workout. Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Sierra are especially welcoming. If I didn't feel so comfortable with them it would be hard to leave my baby, but I know I can trust them to provide great care.
Lap pool. Would be nice if you could communicate better on the app about it being open on holidays. Yesterday was marked as closed. Also happened on another holiday.
