The energy & professionalism of the YMCA team. The variety of classes available (Though I would like to see some classes that are taught only 1x a week to be available during the day and evening or at least 2x a week. Rayshawn’s classes come to mind as they are completely full pretty much as soon as the registration opens for the coming week)
The steam room and sauna is an excellent option along with the stretch room in the women’s locker room. The facilities are clean and the towelettes, tissue paper and other needed items are always replenished in a timely manner.
Lastly, the level of community and education the YMCA has offered since beginning my membership is outstanding . I often find myself in conversations with potential members emphasizing how wonderful the YMCA staff is in sharing their knowledge and providing activities for the community to engage.

Where to start....the staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is exactly what I need. The pool is fantastic way to end my workout. Keep up the good work.

The Y needs 9:00 a.m. water aerobics classes, everything else is great.

The Y is a terrific place. It's community oriented. The trainers are terrific. It's also walking distance from my house.

Just a great place to start my day. The Y is very welcoming, clean, great staff and trainers. The patrons are also very friendly and it's just nice to visit and spend time there.
I thought the place was kept very well and the machines and amenities were amazing. If I was making more money and parking was not an issue, I would sign up. Paying for parking every time one goes to the gym is an added cost to the membership and the average price for most similar place is between $49-59 per month.
So it boils down to the cost for me, given my recent life style changes, and I must keep my budget as low as possible, every dollar counts. I appreciated the staff and the overall feel of the place without dealing with the usual problems in other fitness places. Thank you again and I will surely consider it in the future if my situation changes.
I enjoy the classes they offer
The diversity of people who attend and the prevailing atmosphere of acceptance. Also the pool and the weight room.
I primarily go to the Y for swimming. The early opening for laps at the pool is appreciated. Many thanks to the staff who opens the facility and the life guards who guard the pools.

Counselors were great, engaging, friendly and helpful! Ms Paige, Ms Sarah etc made a wonderful difference. Activities were also cool, with swimming, water sports etc. Thank you!!
Friendly staff
The counselors and staff all have a very warm and welcoming demeanor, they really seem to love and "get" kids. I loved how each classroom's counselors decorated their doors differently. Mr Justin is fantastic. Joelle is fantastic. The themes are fantastic. They do a great job top to bottom to make sure every kid is safe, cared for, and having a good time. Dropoff is a breeze. The only thing I would like to see is more outside time.

For older kids, they liked that the had the option to participate in activities or opt out. Gave them a sense of independence and choice. Another great summer at the lake!

It’s not too large or small. Location si great. Facilities are well maintained. It’s not brand new or state of the art but it has lots of character and it’s clean and well kept.
