We have the same tech each visit and he communicates well.He arrives at the planned time communicates and goes about his work.
The representatives are very nice, explain everything and are good with communicating and arranging appointments.
Doug is very courteous and knowledgeable when he arrives at the house. Have not had any issues since he started, but knowing that if there is any trouble, he will be able to quickly get it corrected.
Office staff is very easy to speak to for help as well.
