I have had above mentioned service for a number of years, I started out with Black pest. The service is mainly used as a safety mat, to guard against possible damage to my property.
Blake has given us great service. He was our inspector a couple of years ago. He is very informative and professional. We appreciate all the info he can provide us about the crawl space.

Recpetive to all needs to eliminate pest problems.
He needs to come back and spray the inside of the house. First spray the sun room. I'll put the dogs in that room. Then spray the remainder. Bring more than a little spray can. I have a lot of base boards and a lot of object they like to run to.

I always enjoy having Richie Altman stop by and treat our house. He's an amicable friend who likes to catch up on things we have in common. He remembered that I was having problems with my hip last time, so his first words were, "How are you feeling?" After exchanging pleasantries, I followed him around just catching up on life. (Sometimes I wish he didn't do such a good job so I can call him back to the house for a bug problem and just chat with him.)

Your pest control is fantastic. We like our technician, Billy Sheets. He is always friendly and professional. I have no complaint about the pest control.
Construction is a totally different story. Will never recommend you for that. The person that put on my Hardi Plank siding had no clue what he was doing and created a big mess that I'm still having problems with. It was incorrectly installed, wrong nails and it was hardi board NOT Hardi Plank that he got from some lumber place in another town. It needs to be stripped off and replace properly but I just don't have the money now for a lawyer. Everyone I talk with says that is not hardi plank and it was installed wrong.
