Technician was knowledgeable and efficient
I have been using Terminix for my pest control for over 10 years and I have not seen one bug in my house. I have two medium-size dogs that stay inside the house all the time unless they need to go outside for their potty breaks and except for the fleas, they have until they get their flea meds started for the summer months, we do not have any problems with insects, roaches, spiders, etc. in the house or in the yard. I use the Summerville Branch off of highway 78 and Mark (Don't know last name) has been my agent from the beginning. Mark is very thorough and always gets all areas of my yard covered and makes sure if there are any spider webs hanging around that he sweeps them down also. He makes sure the gates are closed good so when my dogs are let outside, they cannot push the gates open and get loose. Many thanks to Terminix of Summerville and Mark for keeping my house/and yard free of bugs. Thank you, Mary Tackett.

We enjoy the professionalism and thoroughness that our tech, Billy McCoy, provides. With each monthly visit he always asks if there are any issues he needs to address and we appreciate that and the fact that he takes the time to answer any concerns we might have. We've had Terminex services for decades and, by far, we've never been more satisfied with Terminex as we are now.

Ease of scheduling, technician arrive as scheduled and perform the service in an efficient manner. The technician was friendly and courteous. The service is effective in preventing pest intrusion in house.
I had Terminix for my termite since 1983. They come out each year and even had me updated my treatment a few years back to make sure I have the best protection on my home. They are very professional and keep their appointment on time.
