Consistently great service and personable tech that has been our tech for over 30 years. Whenever we had any issues, all it took was a single phone call and our tech, Billy Sheets, would be back, evaluate, and get things under control again. Because of his suggestions, we soon conquered pests getting into the house by cutting back trees, removing foliage away from the house, etc. Terminex has always been concerned with pest control, including when subterranean termites first invaded our area. We listened to their concerns and recommendations and had them install those special bait traps. Within that first year, we became aware that these destructive termites were, in fact, here. We're protected and those neighbors who didn't heed that info are now battling these invasive termites. We continue to be satisfied customers year after year.
Terminix is very thorough, Mark does a very good job and is respectful and friendly. I appreciate everything he does, because I am afraid of bugs.

Yesterday, Jefferson was my technician. He was very thorough in completing the check of my system, presented a nest and professional appearance. He explained his actions and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The proficiency in which he answered all of my questions was fantastic and he responded in a way that I understood with clarity. I never know who's coming out beforehand but, can say that I've never been disappointed or unsatisfied with the services performed by your company's personnel.
