Terminix agent that treats our house (forgive me for not remembering his name, i'm very old) is personable, courteous and efficient. In one visit he stopped a German Roach problem, - we had caught 3 of them, so no doubt there were many more. Additionally our house has been bug free since we moved in here 6 years ago.
needless to say your tech is a major reason we have stayed with Terminix.

I had an ant issue that had made it into the house. When I called Terminix, I received an appointment right away. Steve came out and we assessed the situation. He was professional and thorough. And I believe that the situation is taken care of. I will call Terminix again if I have another issue.
