Mr. Mark does an amazing job spraying my house. He is always courteous.
I liked the prompt service. Please pick the rat traps up. I don't mead them any more. You didn't come back right away to check them. He said I was to listen to the snap of the traps then call. I told him then I was hard of hearing and the attic is sealed with foam insulation. Professionally he should have returned or called if he had not heard from me in a few days. In the past if I saw rats I called and your previous Ryan and he came right away, put out trap and it took care of the problem. I don't feed birds any more. The seeds they knock on the ground is a magnet to rats and squirrels. I never paid extra for this service. It was Part OF PEST CONTROL
My son found a hole in the roof through the eave vent and sealed it up with 3/4" boards and rodent proof spray foam. By the way my son checked the 2 traps and thy never snapped.
The bait was still in the trap. I would like my money back back on rodent control.

What I like about Terminix is that when I started using them, I have not had any insect problems. I also have them come out to do my termite service as well and I never have had a problem while using their service. I started using Terminix in our home on Longleaf in Summerville back in 1989 or 1990 and when I sold that house in 2017, I moved into my mother's house after her passing (2021) and since her home was just off the Parkway, I was able to continue having the same agent take care of this house and that agent is Mark. I did have a little outbreak of German roaches last month after my son and his family moved into the house due to the cardboard boxes that were being used to pack up their things from their apartment. Try to stay away from using cardboard boxes when moving, especially ones that other people have used before. I called my Terminix office and told them that I had those little varmints and they set up a day that Mark could come out (only had to wait three days) and Mark was here, and I haven't seen any since. Thank you Mark and of course TERMINIX. Mary T.

I like that I can call with an emergency and get on the schedule and it doesn't cost anything. My last pest control company would charge each time they came out for emergency sprays.
Blake is great. He listens and acts on whatever pest issues we have. He does a complete job in spraying all around the house, garage and inside screen porch. I have watched many others do incomplete and fast job from other pest control companies, so I know that Blake is quite competent in doing his job.
