Scheduling was easy. Terminix sent me a reminder for pest control service. I called and had any day and date available. Chris our tech is kind, friendly and professional. He does a great job. Terminix has serviced our home for over 30 years!! No problems here.

I won't provide my final feedback till the guy comes in August to complete the filling of the outside termite traps. You already have my $$...just need you to finish the outside job. If I'm not home, I need to know the job has been completed.

Your rep is very informative and easy to talk to. I like the scheduling process. I have not had any problems as yet so the chemicals that are used are effectively working.
