I had a few questions prior to placing an order. My questions were promptly answered, and I placed two separate, but identical orders. I received a call from Jet Charge to confirm that in fact I required both identical orders, which was quiet refreshing to find a supplier double-checking instead of just dispatching the orders. I"m still waiting for my EV but have had the Wallbox installed. Very impressed with the installer. Was on time (and sent estimated arrival text) very pleasant and cleaned up after himself. Gave me a run-through on how to use even made a 3D printed holder for the cord to hang on. Great prompt service

Electricians for EV charger install were on time, thoroughly explained what they were going to do, undertook a tricky install with no fuss (including having to run conduit through existing garden plants without doing any damage to them at all), tidied up all mess, and did a great job overall. No surprises with the price - I could not be happier or more impressed.

After offering feedback that a hook for the cable would be ideal - missing from installation - a few months later, the company contacted me to check whether I was still seeking a solution for this. I said yes & they promptly sent through a cable holder that I can attach to the wall. A suitable resolution with which I was happy.
