Very happy with service when reporting a fault. It did take a while to arrange someone to come and fix the issue but it was over the Christmas period so that is understandable. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

Helped work through how to install the charger with my particular setup. Would have been a 10; however, the original install didn't work as expected (my home battery kept draining) so the installers had to come back to fix it which cost extra
