I haven't been able to try the product yet - Autel 7KwH wall unit, since it was installed yesterday and regrettably the electrician forgot to bring the separate 7m charging cable !
The installation itself was quick and efficient, and the electrician was very pleasant and nice to deal with. He also answered a number of questions I had and helped me set up the Autel app on my phone.
The reason I did not award a '10' rating was that it was disappointing the whole product was not delivered. I have now agreed to collect the cable from the electrician's home, given he lives in Sydney and we live in the Blue Mountains, and we are planning to come down to Sydney at the weekend anyway..

Easy to communicate with, easy use of Autec Lite. Unfortunately, cable was too short buy just a fraction so I have to back my car in to charge. Not a huge deal but could have been an avoided if we had double checked location of the unit. To be fair, the car wasn’t available on the day of install.
