We received our Jet Charger as part of our purchase of a Leapmotor C10 REEV, it was delivered by the installers and only took a few hours for them to instal. Due to the low amperage available.our unit had to be wound back from its full potential but this is an easy process to amend vis the app. when our power supply is updated. The app itself is very easy to operate and provides an accurate picture of the power used and costings. My only complaint is that there's no place to hold/hang the charge head when not in use.

You recently replaced the wallbox, which had given up the notion of reliability. Happily, I have had no issues with the new one. The chap who replaced the device was quick and efficient. He let me know what he found in the old one and set up everything so it just worked. Because of him I have been left with a good impression, which offset the impression from the original equipment.

Installation and support for my Wallbox Pulsar charger(s) has been excellent. Staff and installers are responsive and helpful. They have helped to resolve numerous problems for me.
The Wallbox charger is great when it works, but unfortunately has been unreliable (have just installed charger number 3 in just over 2 years) and the Wallbox software has also been proven to be a bit dodgy.
