Friendly and competent installers
Once we had committed to installing an EV station, the follow up and paperwork was completed in a timely manner and an account manager assigned who assisted throughout the process.
The installers were very professional, completed all OHS and induction forms promptly and installed with no fuss and cleaned up the area. Then happily provided an overview of the station.

The quoting process was far better than your competitors, with yours being more detailed and concise. The gentleman I dealt with (Kevin) was an absolute font of knowledge on all things EV and household charging - and in the end was the main reason I chose JET Charge over your competitors.
It was also great to be able to speak to someone locally to step through the quote, options and installation times, as opposed to one of your competitors, who bounced me to an off-shore call centre, with a promise that someone would call me back, which didn't happen until 3 days later (by which time Kevin had already booked me in for the install).
The installation team were on time, courteous, cleaned up before leaving, and like Kevin, had a wealth of information and were happy to take the time to talk through the process.
