I have a trade background and find the single mounting point on the case is insufficient, due to the weight of the control unit and the lead, I personally wouldn't use it, as I would be concerned of it braking. There should be 2 mounting points vertically in line, and provide a wall mounting bracket, I bought a simple heavy duty one from Bunnings to hold the control unit.

Efficient, very good installation, very good equipment
Drew called initially and scoped the job which was installing an electric car charger in my garage space in a unit complex in Forster. From the outset I could see he was very particular and had obviously done this before. Nothing was a problem to him and after eventually getting body corporate approval we got the charger installed last week. (Drew had done a very detailed proposal for our body corporate which certainly helped us get approval) Griffin was assisting Drew and the installation was seamless. They discussed with me where they were going to mount the charger and how they would run conduit with wires to it - with the option for me to have it mounted wherever I wanted. Photos were taken every step of the way for warranty and evidence. Drew communicating with Griffin was so particular about where to put wires through the Besser block wall from the meter room. Drew said to make sure the conduit had a level on it before drilling for mounting screws. Same for vertical conduit and the charger itself. Everything is level and working as it should. Drew helped me with the charger app, so we can work the charging remotely. Happy to report we have charged the car already and it worked perfectly. The charger and installation job is much admired by other residents in the unit complex. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jet Charge for any future installations in our building if and when the need arises.

Everything went smoothly with good quality product and efficient helpful service. Charger is recommended by my EV vehicle company. It comes with an SRID card to safely lock it. Much faster than the home portable cable.

Installation and support for my Wallbox Pulsar charger(s) has been excellent. Staff and installers are responsive and helpful. They have helped to resolve numerous problems for me.
The Wallbox charger is great when it works, but unfortunately has been unreliable (have just installed charger number 3 in just over 2 years) and the Wallbox software has also been proven to be a bit dodgy.
Everything from the time to provide a quote, answer questions, providing choices for an appointment and finally the insallation was done very professionaly. Thank you very much for your help.
