He called me and went through the quote with me and explained a few things that I don't understand. The installation team was quick, clean and professional on the day of installation. They were polite and did the job well. I was happy that the quote included the supply of the Tesla wall charger, so I didn't need to order the charger from Tesla. Excellent service!

I had to get a Mercedes Benz charger replaced under warranty. The process was protracted by MB Canberra who were unfamiliar with the process. Jetcharge helped with smoothing the path and be flexible with the dates.
The technican Ciaran Porritt did an excellent job fitting the new charger, which included identifying a fault with the home modem and patiently fault finding and resolving the issue until it all worked.
