It took a while to sort out the work required for my Wallbox Charger because it was not a standard installation. However after email correspondence with Charlene Bromell in Auckland a service visit was organised even after had reschedule. The service tech arrived and had commissioned mt charger in about 30 minutes. I was very satisfied.

The total process from Online quote and the help that I received from Ash about which charger fits my needs best was really good. Ash in particular was very helpful and patient in answering all the questions. The charger that I’m using seems to be what I actually need for my car. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and in fact I’ve recommended one of my nephew to use Jet Charge as he has also bought a new EV and needs a charger.

The Jet Charge home charger is simple and reliable, it has a small footprint and does the job with no issues.
I use my tap card to access/turn off and on as the app is clunky and doesn't seem to reliably work.

I accept the delay was volume due to the world oil energy crisis.
We have experience with the ChargeMate and when they are operating they work well, however we have had several internal power supply failures which were replaced under warranty. The warranty process is tedious and takes an inordinate amount of time, which is frustrating. When the devices have been repaired under warranty however, the users are quite happy with them.
We also have experience with JET Charge Connect. This system works well and the only problems we have had is when the user's account has not been set up properly. It seems that the set up process is a bit error prone. Most of the accounts have been set up no problem, but we have had a few that have taken days to resolve.
We also have installed the Autel A22 charge points and so far we have not had any problems with them.
Overall we are satisfied with JET Charge but there are areas for improvement if anyone is listening and has the authority and resources to take action.
The electrician was very informed and worked with us to setup it up according to our needs.
The communication through the office to arrange the install was a bit clunky.

The electrician arrived on time and was so professional. He installed the charger in the best possible position, left absolutely no mess behind and he called me later that day to make sure everything was going well with it.

Online client interaction portal provided by JET charge was an excellent way for client to interact and participate via installation photos and text. JET charge could provide an informed quotation based on knowledge of client installation and thus proving for more realistic quotations.
