The process was seamless from choosing the right charger to the installers who were also great! I’ve heard some interesting stories about chargers but this is so easy to use and the customer service was exceptional.
the installation contractors were very professional and easy to communicate with. unlike alot of contracted trades, they were experienced and punctual. the process of engaging jet charge was easy and communication timely and professional.

Installer - Peter - clearly knew what he was doing and there were no problems with the mechanical or electrical aspects of the installation.
He even made a couple of adjustments to my switchboard to ensure everything was fully compliant, so this was not just a "tick-and-flick" installation.
Installed, configured, tested and done in just a couple of hours.
I'll be recommending JET Charge highly to anyone I know who wants their charging infrastructure supplied and installed..
I was concerned the system would be difficult to operate as it's located in an area with no Wifi. I was able to activate the charge both with my RFID card and also the app (connecting via bluetooth).

This is actually the second charger I’ve purchased from Jet Charge. When I moved house, I decided to leave the first charger installed at my previous home for the new owners. I was so happy with its performance that I chose to purchase the same charger again for my new house rather than go with a different brand.
