The product is very good unfortunately. The initial charger was not compatible with its position in the garage due to a lack of Internet access and it took a long time to get the correct charger installed but in the end it all worked out very well and I’m very satisfied with the result.

Repairs to wall box were organised well and were timely. The technician on the day went the extra mile in re-securing the wall box and did a safety check via the meter box.
Prompt timing professional work
The installer was prompt in arrival and very thorough and careful with the installation which was slightly complicated as our garage is at the back of a large garden and a long way from the mains fuse box.
