Bobbi Jo took all the time needed to find a place specifically for my husband/father and one that we also felt comfortable with. After 2 years and a change of management that didn't coincide with what we needed/wanted, she again gave it her all to help us. We felt totally comfortable with her and felt she was truly in our world working for the best for all of us. She even did follow up calls to see how it was going after.

Soon after the contact, Holly following up. She asked about our preferences for placement as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, our first choice didn't work, so she arranged another visit to another facility. We ended up going back to one of the first Memory Care facilities we visited.
The move in went well with the cooperation of the staff. However, my husband has had a difficult time with the transition. It was a hard first week. To be expected, given his level of dementia.
Holly has following up a couple of times since the move. It has been helpful to understand that this transition is not an easy time for either the individual or the spouse.
Ashtyn was a joy to work with, always on top of the situation, always there to help and check in repeatedly. Always had good advice. CarePatrol is the best discovery ever! We could not have helped my dad find a place so quickly without the help of this organization. So much stress was relieved from the work that this place does.

Not having to find and coordinate tours
1. They met with us to better understand our needs.
2. They offered a range of appropriate options. After we expressed interest in assisted living, she set up visits at two places that fit very well.
3. She was easily reached by phone.
I would have never been able to find the hospice or respite care places without it.
Tyler was very responsive when we needed a quick turnaround and we were able to select a place and schedule the move in right away.
He also gave us the background of different places to help us make a decision.
Follow thru was great. They checked back in regular after we had our situation figured out.
