Andrea made a completely intimidating process much more tolerable. I was surprised that so many facilities just don't respond professionally. She steered us away from one's that were suspect. I am a physician so when we receive a patient call, we respond in a timely fashion. I found many facilities respond like a home construction contractor with too much business. She helped to push for answers. At times, I felt that she was the only advocate for my father who we were trying to place into long term care. I would highly recommend CarePatrol.
I was in a time crunch. My mother was in the hospital but once she was medically cleared for discharge her increased dementia prevented her from going back to her assisted living. I was told about Care Patrol and called. Bobbi Jo found out what kind of care my mother needed and the general location in town that I was looking at. She sent me 3-4 places, I picked 3. She made the appointments, took the tours with me and once I picked one she contacted hospital and made the connection with the facility. She suggested a mover and I was able to get my mother out of the hospital and settled in much less time than if I was on my own.

Bobbi Jo was awesome. We were in a situation of needing to find a new place for our mom in a very short time. She quickly sent us options to tour, set up the tours we wanted and came on the tours as well. She also asked some questions that we would not have thought of given the stress we were under. She made our lives less stressful.

When we knew our mom would require additional care after rehab for her fractured hip our hospital care management person asked if we knew about Care Patrol and offered to put in a referral if we were interested. We are so thankful she did since we had no idea where to begin. Ann contacted me promptly and met us at the hospital . She asked questions about mom, her home life and our goals. She arranged tours of several assisted living facilities with openings that she thought would be a good fit for Mom. She accompanied us to three and graciously let us go alone to the last one since she had another commitment. She was very patient with us and our indecisiveness but kept us on task. She was always only a phone call away for our many questions and returned my calls promptly. When we asked for her honest opinion she gave it. Ann has been a godsend. She continues to check in regularly and offers her assistance. The post-op journey continues for our mom. If her living situation changes in the next few months it's so reassuring to know that the first call I can make is to Ann. We highly recommend CarePatrol.

Baylee was great to work with. She took her time to understand my mom’s needs and desires in an assisted living placement. She was patient when our time line kept shifting and would check back often to see what she could assist with. Even after we selected a placement, she stayed in close contact with us and even checked in on move-in weekend and the following week. The process of a transition like this is daunting and stressful but Care Patrol and Baylee really made it go more smoothly than I anticipated.

Bobbi Jo was absolutely an "Angel". I bugged her a bunch and she was always helpful and pleasant. She checked out places that would take my dad and then rechecked who would take him with an ileostomy bag. She went to the assisted living with me and toured. She agreed to meet me at 4:30 pm so I didn't have to miss so much work. She mentioned a good idea to check with Spectrum to see what kind of price I could receive if my dad insisted on having a phone with a bundle package since the assisted living used Spectrum. After we toured the place I said I was going to talk with my siblings over the weekend. She called the following Monday to see what my siblings thought, but we didn't really get a chance to talk. I told Bobbi Jo I was calling the assisted living to get the ball rolling for his placement. She called again the following week to see if my dad was admitted and how things went. Bobbi Jo might have also called the week prior asking if there was anything she could do to assist with the placement. I was losing my mind with everything going on and all the loose ends that needed to be worked out at the time. Without having Bobbi Jo to call around for placement of my dad it would have probably put me over the edge. Working 8-5 and trying to make phone calls doesn't work. Bobbi Jo is for sure and "Angel" & "Saint" and family's like mine are so fortunate to have the Care Patrol. Bobbi Jo, I can't thank you enough for everything you did for me and the placement of my dad! Thank You,Thank You from the bottom of my heart. Bobbi Jo is also so very sweet and caring giving me a hug after our tour before we departed on our separate ways. Care Patrol thank you for being there for us at a very stressful time in our life and our loved one's life.
