We started our own search for my mom and it brought us only frustration. I had talked with Care Patrol one year ago for my dad and they were so great staying connected with me. I then thought to use Care Patrol for mom after our failed attempt. Baylee did an amazing job recognizing her needs. Our first tour and visit was the exact place for mom! She loves everything about it. They made it all so easy. I want to highly recommend Care Patrol because of their knowledge of the industry and their genuine care to find the best place for each person.

A person never wants to have to be put in a position to find a place for a loved one, but the staff at CarePatrol made the process a little less painful.

When my mom went on Hospice, she was very reluctant to go to an Assisted Living facility. She wanted to go back home to live alone. She was not able to care for herself and has only one family member to assist in cares. Even her Oncologist and hospital doctor could not convince her how impractical it was for her to go back to living alone. Family was not getting through to her. Safety was the main concern.
Regina as able to talk to her and convince her that going to the Assisted Living was her best interest. Mom did finally agree. Regina was there the whole way for me (her main care giver.) Regina took me through the next steps needed to make it happen.
My Mom is now happy with the facility and getting the care she needed. I am so relieved knowing the staff is available to watch over 24/7, something she did not have at home. I am aware it was very difficult for mom to give up that last bit of independence. But she is safe.
I cannot thank Regina and Care Patrol enough!
This was my second time being involved with Care Patrol. A dear friend of mine needed to make the transition for both her and her husband from their home to care facilities.
This time Andrea was the main person I was dealing with. Not only is she respectful, competent, and compassionate, she also is very observant. She seems to know the correct things to say and do to guide the family through what could be an overwhelming experience and help make the transition happen with grace and ease.
I not only would use Care Patrol myself but have recommended them to several people. This is a much needed service and I really appreciate all of the hours the Care Patrol team invested in us. Thank you!
I liked how concerned and professional Bobbie Jo was with me and my family. Bobbie Jo had valuable knowledge to share with us and she guided us well through out the search. Bobbie Jo listened and found us assisted living places addressing my parents’ needs.

They are very friendly. Bobbi Jo was great to work with, she kept us informed on what was happening at each place we looked into. She was helpful in everything we asked. She worked really hard to find a place for mom. She contacted me several times after mom was placed. I can see that she truly cares about the whole family. Bobbi Jo Dorsey was absolutely amazing. She helped us expedite the process of getting my father-in-law into assisted living after a recent fall. She was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the process, as we were struggling to figure out what to do next. We did not know this resource was available to us and are grateful she came and met with us at Bellin while in the ER.

I called CarePatrol. Tory was the agent who worked with me. She helped me through the process of finding my new home/Senior Living apartment. She took me to three facilities she thought would meet my needs. Tory made several follow-up calls during the process and after my decision was made.
