Lisa at CarePatrol was efficient and knowledgeable in helping us navigate the landscape of finding assisted living for our family member. We found them through the Door County ADRC newsletter. We generally do deep research for such important decisions, but were faced with limited time and extreme urgency. Lisa was able to bring us up to speed quickly and arrange interviews and pricing with potential care facilities and comparative tools to help us understand differences in the options. She has a deep understanding of the market and connections with facilities that resulted in a much less stressful process for our whole family. We never felt pressured to make any decisions, and CarePatrol's role was to continue to find options within our budget and needs. We went from panic of needing to instantly navigate the whole assisted living landscape to secure housing in 2 weeks. They were patient with me and checked in with me to see if I needed anything. When I was ready to look for an assisted living place Jason was extremely helpful and caring. He sent me places to look over and then scheduled tours and came with me. He was there if I had questions, concerns, or just needed someone to bounce my thoughts off of. He even went so far as to meet up with me and my dad when I took my dad too visit the facility I had chosen.
They are so helpful when I didn't have a clue where to start to help my mom in finding an assisted living facility. They were so patient and caring with my mom.
My assigned individual was very prompt, caring and attentive to the things we needed for my mother. She answered all my questions even on weekends!
They helped us during an emotional and difficult situation. They arranged an emergency placement, working to get us a place we were familiar with.

Tyler was great to work with. He took the time to set up tours and also attend the tours with us. When we made the decision on which facility to go with, he helped in getting the information together and helped with anything I needed or needed help with. I would have been lost without his help.

I was interviewed regarding my father's current situation and housing and care needs. Base don the information I provided, my Care Patrol representative, Bobbi Jo Dorsey, provided only those facilities that would match my father's needs. She toured each of those specifically selected sites with me and assisted in my evaluation and decision communication with the preferred site. What was especially outstanding was the fact that Bobbi Jo continued to assist us with many details related to my father's medical condition, hospitalization, nursing home/rehab experience and finally the perfect assisted living facility "move in". Due to my "out of the country" status two weeks before his planned "move in", she covered for me in many ways to move the process forward and not loose any time. She was wonderful!!! I highly recommend her services to everyone! You will not be disappointed, I assure you!
