She kept in contact with us to make sure things were moving along smoothly, Even after the big move, she has touched base with us to see how things are going. I could not have asked for more! Tory was absolutely amazing at helping us find a place for my father-in-law that was not only in our budget but also had all the care he would eventually need. She brought up questions that we hadn't thought of but were very insightful. I couldn't recommend Care Patrol enough. From the first phone call, asking for help-we were clueless and had no idea what to do, to the very end. Everyone was so helpful, understanding, and showed so much compassion. It was a joy to work with Ann, and she helped my brother make the difficult transition from his home of 55 years to a senior living facility. Our Care Patrol referral came thru a Case Manager at Bellin Hospital when I was in the process of selecting an Assisted Living Home for my husband with a three day window of time for the decision. Bobbie Jo was a good listener and selected a few sites she thought would meet our needs. She guided me through the sites either in person or by phone. Her selections were personalized to the physical needs of my husband as well as our budget and location. She answered a multitude of questions along the way. I made a selection; my husband has been there for two weeks, and so far we are satisfied with our choice. Bobbie Jo also made followup inquiries regarding other needs, and Jane visited my husband with a gift of a soft throw. Care Patrol is a people business that cares!

It's helpful to have someone guide you through the kinds of questions and concerns that are likely to come up with an elder living in a residence. When one option didn't work out for our mother and we felt we needed to move our her, the CarePatrol rep was extremely supportive and helped us make the transition to a place more suited to Mom's needs. Andrea was very friendly and helpful to my sister and I to quickly find a place for our mother. Also to help us include our father who has dementia to join her after we got her settled in. It relieved a lot of stress that we were feeling at that time. Narrowing it down to a couple of places to visit was such a relief. Andrea followed us to every place and took good notes for us. She also followed up on any questions we had.

I am not surprised that Care Patrol is a five-star resource. They are acutely knowledgeable about all the care facilities in the area from their extensive tours, interactions with administrators, and from their clients’ first-hand experiences.
I found out about CarePatrol after I had already chosen a place for my dad, but I wanted to have other options in case things didn’t work out.
