When we knew our mom would require additional care after rehab for her fractured hip our hospital care management person asked if we knew about Care Patrol and offered to put in a referral if we were interested. We are so thankful she did since we had no idea where to begin. Ann contacted me promptly and met us at the hospital . She asked questions about mom, her home life and our goals. She arranged tours of several assisted living facilities with openings that she thought would be a good fit for Mom. She accompanied us to three and graciously let us go alone to the last one since she had another commitment. She was very patient with us and our indecisiveness but kept us on task. She was always only a phone call away for our many questions and returned my calls promptly. When we asked for her honest opinion she gave it. Ann has been a godsend. She continues to check in regularly and offers her assistance. The post-op journey continues for our mom. If her living situation changes in the next few months it's so reassuring to know that the first call I can make is to Ann. We highly recommend CarePatrol.

Baylee was great to work with. She took her time to understand my mom’s needs and desires in an assisted living placement. She was patient when our time line kept shifting and would check back often to see what she could assist with. Even after we selected a placement, she stayed in close contact with us and even checked in on move-in weekend and the following week. The process of a transition like this is daunting and stressful but Care Patrol and Baylee really made it go more smoothly than I anticipated.

CarePatrol was very caring. Ann found places for my brother and I to tour. Checked on me to find ou how I was and my mom. After choosing the assisted living facility checked back again. I would recommend them to anyone going through that difficult dission.
Carepatrol helped me get my dad into the rehab facility from the hospital quickly and arranged for transportation. Ann continued to check on me and my dad’s care while at the rehab facility and then helped us find an assisted living facility when coming home was not a safe option. Ann continued to check on how my parents were doing at the assisted living facility. There have been a few concerns and Ann offered to assist in resolving these concerns. I told her I would try to take care of the concerns myself but would reach out to her if I needed help.
