We’re very grateful that we were connected to Dad's memory care facility through Care Patrol. From our very first conversations, we felt supported and confident that the place we chose would be the right place for this next chapter. It was incredibly helpful to go through a curated list of potential homes that had already been vetted and met our budget and our care requirements instead of starting from Google scratch search list. We also really appreciated that it was no cost to the family.
While this is a difficult stage of Dad’s journey, we feel reassured knowing he is in a community that will help us navigate his continued dementia progression with care, compassion, and professionalism.

Jennifer was such a great resource for me and my mother in our search for a senior community. Jennifer asked us so many great questions to get to know my mother and her needs and wants. She provided an abundance of information on communities to help match my mother to a community. Jennifer went on tours with us and gave us honest feedback. I wish I had known about CarePatrol 10 years ago when we started down this road with my mother. We have now moved my mother into the community of her choice, and she is absolutely LOVING it!!! Laura Moreno was a tremendous help to place James into a group home where he can complete his recovery and live comfortably and safely.
The representative who worked with me was especially helpful in providing options in a variety of areas in the city, a variety of types of communities ( group homes, assisted living , etc) at a variety of price points per month. Pictures were provided of specific places & rooms available, with lists of types of care provided & amenities included in the monthly price. We shared many text messages & my questions were answered quickly & thoroughly.
I liked the availability for visiting various facilities. I could see within a short time if it would be a yes or a no.

I am absolutely impressed with, and thankful for, the service CarePatrol provided for my sister and I. Tammy was our CarePatrol advocate for finding an assisted living facility in Sheboygan. She set up meetings and appointments and provided information on various facilities, attended these meetings and gave great advice on how to choose one. She did all this within 2 days. It would have taken me 2 weeks full time to do what she did. And I thank the health care facilities in the area who fund this free service. Erin had all the info on resources for seniors, she arranged tours for facilities and went with me for support. She paid attention to details and offered things I would not have thought off. It is a no cost service, they prescreen all level of care facilities, lawyers, home care, etc.
Paula and her entire team were knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. They helped find a great place for a very good friend of mine who has strong preferences and is very particular.

Rami is my lifesaver! I live out of state and had absolutely no idea where to begin with my dad after he had a stroke and needed full time assistance. Rami took my dad's needs and preferences into consideration and then set up a few tours of where she thought would be the best fit. She attended the tours to make sure I asked the right questions. Then stayed in communication with me and our preferred facility until dad was all moved in. She also responded to numerous emails I sent about insurance, equipment, therapy, etc. I don't know what I would have done without her. She made an extremely daunting task doable! Rami is an angel.
