Broderick was patient and a very good listener. He was very well informed, and cleared up confusion when he noted that we were confused. He was very attentive and caring. His relaxed demeanor, eased our stress and made us hopeful. His sense of humor is delightful. When an urgent need came for us to place mom, even though it was the weekend, he responded to texts and assured us that he would attend to us every step of the way. And he did! This whole program is such a blessing to families, and Broderick is a special blessing to our family.

I cannot say enough great things about Care Patrol and specifically Rami! I was referred to Care Patrol while my mother was recovering at a rehab facility after a fall. We knew it was not going to be safe for her to return home. Rami met with the family and determined her needs and presented us with several referrals. Her insight and knowledge was incredibly helpful in making a decision for an assisted living facility. She continued to check in with me while waiting for her discharge from rehab. Having such an advocate during a stressful time was definitely a great benefit. I would definitely recommend the services of Care Patrol.

We have been working with Dina Cucunato for a couple years now with two sets of parents. She is so personable and caring. She is always prompt to return calls and gather information for us. She communicates well with elderly people and makes them feel comfortable. Dina is knowledgeable about many of the senior living facilities. She is always willing to take time with us. We are well pleased as Care Patrol has made it so much easier to find the "just right" facilities for our parents.
CarePatrol was a godsend when we had to place my father in assisted living in a short period of time. They took his and our needs into consideration when looking at facilities and worked within our schedules during a very tight time frame. I highly recommend them!

Lynne and Brian really work hard helping you find the right place for your loved one. They scheduled all of our visits based on our availability. When we had to move my dad because of finances, they stepped in again to help us find a place within our budget. They keep on top of everything for you. We needed extra help to get my dad Veterans Assistance and Lynne helped us get started and connected to the right offices.
