Rami was awesome and allowed us to make the best choice for our father. She was knowledgeable not only about the facilities she showed us, but about the system in general. She listened to what are needs were from a health care perspective as well as a financial perspective. There is no way we could have done this without Rami and Care Patrol.

Erica was a tremendous help to my brother in law when we were looking for an assisted living unit. She gave us multiple choices to review. We are happy with the choice we made. What I liked most is that Beth is committed to finding the best options financially, socially and locationally for the person moving. I felt like I received very honest feedback from her about the individual communities, she was able to get a good read on my parent who was moving and observed how she interacted with each community, something that being so close to the situation I missed. She was very professional, compassionate, thoughtful and I felt very comfortable working with her. This is the second time we've utilized Beth and Care Patrol and I didn't hesitate reaching out once we knew our parent needed a safe, comfortable place to move to.

Our family needed some help finding a new living arrangement for our Mom. We asked CarePatrol for some assistance. We were not an easy one to update and find a better solution. Kris accompanied me when I visited the home , which made the visit easier for me as she knew the owner from previous experience. Finding a facility for a loved one is difficult on many levels, but Paula and Kris made the experience less difficult.

personally evaluated our needs, ability to afford our wants and took time to tour 2 facilities that was financially doable. Recent medical events resulted in placing my wife in one of the facilities that I toured. The contact person that we were familiar with followed up after we moved into the facility and offered help to correct some communication problems between the facility and the family. Your representative helped to guide us through the transition of care at home vs extended care facility.
