She gave me the answers I needed , and arranged and accompanied me to the facilities for tours. I am happy to report that my aunt was admitted to a lovely memory care unit. I now can sleep again at night knowing my aunt Is safe and being cared for in a loving environment. I couldn’t have accomplished this on my own and I am so grateful to Jodi. Emily from CarePatrol was absolutely fantastic to work with. She originally worked with us in Nov 2025 to discuss possible Assisted Living & Nursing Home options for my father in the Milwaukee area who was recovering from a stroke at the time. Since my elderly mother was home alone, Emily recommended a Caregiver service to help my mom with house chores and errands, take her to and from doctor's appointments, and to keep her company at home so she wasn't alone all the time.
We worked with Emily again in May 2026 because my mom needed to be relocated to an Assisted Living facility because she could no longer live alone. Emily provided several good CBRF choices based on my mom's needs, and arranged tours of the 3 facilities that we were considering. Emily attended all 3 tours with us, and provided very helpful information and input regarding each facility, which was a tremendous help to us in making what we felt was the best informed choice for my mom.
We are very satisfied with Emily & CarePatrol, and highly recommend them to anyone who needs info & advice regarding care and living arrangements for the elderly.
Lynne and Brian were very professional, knowledgable, organized and trustworthy. They made searching for a home for my sister so much easier for me. I highly recommend them.

Care Patrol was referred to us through my mom’s Therapist. My mom is 95 years and her care needs has changed. We have tried to look at was options for her on our own but it was just been so confusing. We needed someone who would help us navigate this entire process. We started looking at assisted living first with Care Patrol. Assistance with In-home care was also an option that we would consider as well. I called Lynne Robb at Care Patrol and she responded back immediately. She was very professional and assured us that she could help us navigate what options we had available to my mom. We have been more than satisfied with both Lynne and Brian Robb’s help. They were both very professional and helped by providing options, organizing tours, accompanying us during the tours and now helping us with moving in arrangements. They made this whole difficult process of finding the right care for my mother easier and calming. I say calming because this is a huge transition for my mom and also us. Move-in is coming up soon and we could not be happier partnering with Care Patrol in this process. Thank you so much for your professionalism, expertise and sensitivity as my mom makes this next step.
While we had not planned to tour Treeo, located in downtown Orem, Utah, after taking us to many of the other senior living and assisted living facilities in the area Keri Lackey strongly recommended that we tour it as well. Inasmuch as my wife still wants to have a stove in order to prepare some of our meals, we decided to visit Treeo. We found that Keri (representing CarePatrol) was aware of other residents here and therefore about the very caring staff and available services here that are at least on par, if not better, than the competition..

Cynthia S. Levin was very helpful in helping me find an assisted living for Nora, a friend of my late GrandFather. Cindy is very nice and easy to get along with and always answers all my questions. Cindy does a great job and is very caring about what she does. I am lucky to have met her as she has been such a big help. Cindy is the best.
Moving parents to an assisted living facility is emotional and difficult. Julie made the move easier with her empathetic way she talked with our parents showing understanding of how hard this decision is.
Julie set up all our tours and provided honest input on those facilities.

Help guide you through Waters you do not know felt very inspired by the whole process of helping people put care into what she did could tell it was more than just a job for her I also talking to my girlfriend and told her I thought it was good idea that she saw if they have job openings she has a job she gets paid good but but she is a speech pathologist and she always liked when she was working with older people helping them
They were very helpful in arranging for visiting memory care and assisted living facilities. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and also brought out other points that provided additional helpful discussion.
I was able to find a safe place for my father. I would never have found this facility without their help.

TAMARA!! She is knowledgeable in her space. compassionate and kind. I was lost and feeling desperate with my stepfather's complex dementia case, she took an hour on Memorial Day to talk to me and walk me through my best next steps. She met me and my mom in person and we talked more and she stayed closely with us as an advocate in this process as my stepfather was placed in an amazing facility! It has been an incredible turn for him for the better!
We found the home that was a good fit for Dad. We love the time she spent to education on handling various financial scenario's
I had an outstanding experience with CarePatrol of South Denver. I reached out on May 20th and received a response the very same day. Tracy Bowman, MSML, BSW, Senior Placement Specialist, immediately stepped in, assessed my mother’s needs, and identified two Memory Care communities she was eligible for. She scheduled tours right away and even joined me on each visit, which made a tremendous difference.
Tracy also supported my father throughout the entire process, helping him understand what to expect and easing the emotional load. Thanks to her guidance and responsiveness, we were able to place my mother in a suitable Memory Care community within just two weeks — and all of this came at no cost to our family.
