Christine was a huge help in finding assisted living for my sister and her husband, She listened well to what I was needing and looking for, and was able to provide facilities that were in line with those needs. She was generous with her time, and helped to cut through to the things that I most cared about. When she met with our family after a tour of the facility, she answered more questions and helped flesh out everyone's impression of what it would be like to live there. Since the move-in, she has followed up on how things are going, as well. Great resource to help locate a facility
I liked that my caseworker was super understanding and listened. I was worried and stressed out becuse I didn't know anything about assisted living. She let me tell her what was going on and then made suggestions on what we could do. She did all the research and then sent me numerous possible matches that would fit our parents needs and budget. She then made the appointments and also attended those appointments with me. I loved that I was able to text with my worker whenever I had questions. I never felt alone in the process. We were able to find our parents the perfect place. I highly recommend CarePatrol and will definitely recommend their services to others.

When my mom could only leave the hospital if she had 24/7 care at home in place CarePatrol stepped in and I got a call back right away. We left the hospital with the first 24 hours covered quickly and caregiving companies and names and contact were given right away. We never had an issue with finding caregivers to cover the time and Care Patrol called back multiple times to check in on us and follow up and make sure we were getting the support we needed.
