When my mom could only leave the hospital if she had 24/7 care at home in place CarePatrol stepped in and I got a call back right away. We left the hospital with the first 24 hours covered quickly and caregiving companies and names and contact were given right away. We never had an issue with finding caregivers to cover the time and Care Patrol called back multiple times to check in on us and follow up and make sure we were getting the support we needed.
CarePatrol was amazing! Michelle was outstanding leading me through a process with a 2 week deadline. Kind, intelligent and so efficient. I couldn't have done without her expertise. Thank you!

After months of unsuccessfully attempting to find 24/7 care for my 99 yo mother at a reasonable price, I was given the contact number of Care Patrol by a Social Worker at Good Sam. What a relief! Of course, my Mom is going through a period of re-adjustment but she is much safer than she was previously, living alone in the house with neighbors checking on her daily.

I finally made a decision it was time for me to have my wife moved to a memory care facility. It was the hardest decision I had ever made. Deb Williams, from Care Patrol, was referred to me by a friend. That was good because I did not know where to start.
I contacted Deb on April 1 when my wife was in the hospital with a UTI. It put her dementia on steroids. Deb sent me material from three places for me to consider within our area close to our home. We ended up touring two of the three and chose one.
That place fell apart on the end due to an issue with my wife’s diagnosis. We needed a new place immediately. Deb contacted our second choice. Yes, they had a room available. We were able to move her within 48 hours. We could not have done it without Care Patrol and Deb Williams.
Ana was just fantastic and so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and organized! She is a great communicator and is clearly an expert in her field. My siblings and I were at the very beginning of our journey to find assisted living for our mother and we were overwhelmed and had a lot of emotions. Ana was the perfect guide and helped us narrow our search and consider many facets that we would never have thought of on our own.
It was a great experience all the way around! They were professional, fast, and knowledgeable. Gabby was really great to work with. She even visited my mom after she moved. I would recommend CarePatrol to everyone!

Marilyn from the Milwaukee/Waukesha Care Partol was just amazing. Marilyn's care for my father and our family was just incredible. She worked around the clock when we learned that the discharge date was really set in stone. Medicare really doesn't help when a family is trying to do what's best for their family member. But Marilyn did care, she was incredible. Often on her phone and computer at the same time booking appointments all over town so we could find the best fit for my father. She set up the appointments and tours. She explained everything when we had questions. And always in the most caring way. I am really not sure how our family would have been able to find the right place for my dad in the amount of time we had. During an extremely difficult and emotional time Marilyn and Care Partol guided us step by step. Marilyn stopped by my dad's new place today to bring him a very nice welcome gift and to show her care to my father. We are truly blessed by the incredible help we received from Marilyn and Care Partol.

Debbie Hill has extensive knowledge of the various senior living communities in Baltimore. When we reached out to her about moving our mom from Independent Living to an Assisted Living community she listened carefully to our concerns and gave us candid opinions of what may come next in terms of increased nursing care and eventually memory care.

I can't recommend Laura Moreno from Care Patrol enough!! She made the daunting task of finding a higher level of care for my mom a breeze. Laura found my mom the perfect community full of lively, spirited, and friendly neighbors where she quickly took to this new way of living with ease. It was so incredibly helpful to have Laura and all her contacts for legal issues, moving companies, and Medicaid qualification questions, as well. I can tell she really cares about her clients and that people find the right fit for the next stage in their life.
Makayla was very helpful in guiding us through the process of navigating out of home providers for my Dad. She scheduled visits and was present for the tours we took of several facilities. When it came to make a decision, Makayla was responsive and provided the information we we could make an informed decision.
