Once we decided on Bear Creek Retirement Community, she served as the “in-between” as we worked through the details. Searching for care for an aging parent with dementia is so stressful, and Deb swooped in an lifted the stress. She took charge of the situation, was honest, made herself available for us last minute, and now we've landed in a beautiful facility for my mom. Not a only do I love the facility we selected, but it fits my mom's needs. Deb's communication skills exceed all expectations, and I've told everyone who will listen to me that they should work with Deb and CarePatrol when the time comes to make these decisions for aging parents.
They are very organized and extremely "caring" . One of the best entities I have ever worked with.... professionally or personally.
Makayla was great!. She helped me navigate Assisted Living options in Denver. She also gave me resources for moving my mom - companies that pack, move & unpack. And most importantly she was a great listener. I certainly vented to her about my siblings and different options for my mom.
The amount of dedication by the agent to ensure that all possibilities were explored was phenomenal. It's like we didn't have to do a thing, this person found out what we needed, and it was done. No sweat! It was so wonderful to have this support to take the load off of you, while you are dealing with a stressful, health situation

Erin went above and beyond helping answer my many questions. She was very prompt with emails, txts and phone calls. When meeting her for the tour, she helped explain in great detail how assisted living is and was kind and courteous. I would recommend Erin to everyone, because she helped make transition smooth and comfortable. Thank you Erin!

The staff was very friendly. They kept me informed.. They set up visits. I liked that they showed up at the homes and asked questions. Everyone was very supportive.
Kristen was very helpful. She was patient in visiting with us & listening to us. She came up with 3 very good options for us. She was patient as we took our time at each option. We did end up choosing one of the options and feel like it was the right one for my mom. Kristin is very professional & we are very appreciative of her service.
