Laura was GREAT!!! Getting facilities lines up to check out. I felt Laura was really their for me and if I missed any questions, she was their to follow up on. She called me a couple of days later to check up on me. Very personable, caring and great manner of speaking. I liked her alot.

We are so pleased with the services CarePatrol provided for us in finding our friend a safe and liveable community for the rest of his life. Makayla Dubiel has been so helpful to us for over a year. Our friend has needed to move for a long time and has had a difficult time making the decision to move. Makayla has been so supportive and patient with our friend and us.
Our friend is a difficult person to work with and she has been so patient and understanding of how he felt about moving to an Assisted Living community. He has had some serious injuries over the past year and has finally agreed to consider moving. Makayla found us a perfect place for him that we never would have found on our own.
It is such a relief to have our friend in a safe and active community in a lovely building. We are so grateful to have been able to work with Makayla and to know that our friend will be taken care of and will find a wonderful place to call home. Jennifer helped me with questions l wouldn't have thought to ask. She did the work to find me homes that would meet my criteria. She went to the homes with us and researched any additional questions we had after the visit.
There is so much about CarePatrol. First of all, they definitely have a standard of what is in their name. They really do care. My mother and I were very pleased with the care we received during the time of when my mother's husband was to be placed. They found the best places and allowed us to make an educated decision.
The entire team was amazing from the beginning. A special shout out to Kris and Kathy for going above and beyond to make a successful transition for my dad. They were such a valuable resource and I would highly recommend them.

I want to sincerely thank Jodi of CarePatrol of South Jersey for her exceptional support in helping my family find a residential assisted living facility for my parents. Navigating care options for a parent with advanced Parkinson’s can be overwhelming, but Jodi brought deep internal knowledge of local facilities, clear guidance, and a steady sense of urgency that made the process move far more quickly than we expected. Rami was awesome and allowed us to make the best choice for our father. She was knowledgeable not only about the facilities she showed us, but about the system in general. She listened to what are needs were from a health care perspective as well as a financial perspective. There is no way we could have done this without Rami and Care Patrol.

Erica was a tremendous help to my brother in law when we were looking for an assisted living unit. She gave us multiple choices to review. We are happy with the choice we made. Kathy Smith reached out and provided exceptional information, discussed choices and arranged visits to accommodate our schedule. Her follow up was tremendous. We are very happy with the location we ultimately chose along with our mother.
What I liked most is that Beth is committed to finding the best options financially, socially and locationally for the person moving. I felt like I received very honest feedback from her about the individual communities, she was able to get a good read on my parent who was moving and observed how she interacted with each community, something that being so close to the situation I missed. She was very professional, compassionate, thoughtful and I felt very comfortable working with her. This is the second time we've utilized Beth and Care Patrol and I didn't hesitate reaching out once we knew our parent needed a safe, comfortable place to move to.

Erin had all the info on resources for seniors, she arranged tours for facilities and went with me for support. She paid attention to details and offered things I would not have thought off. It is a no cost service, they prescreen all level of care facilities, lawyers, home care, etc.
