Service is always great. Kathy (headliner) is who I always go to. Never messes my haircut up, and always have a great conversation each time I book an appointment with her. The products are great as well. The refresh lotion is my favorite.

Floyd's products are excellent. My favorite products are Reuzel (spray grooming tonic), Floyd's texture powder, and Floyd's red labeled styling cream. All of these were recommended by Cathy K (Columbia store). I came to the Floyd's about two years ago knowing I wanted a new hairstyle, but I was unsure what to do. Cathy K suggested something that she thought would work well with my hair and it worked out great, and I still get compliments on it to this day! Anybody would benefit from Kathy's expertise!

I got my long hair cut all the way to a very short long-on-top-short-on-sides style, and my stylist did an excellent job!! I have received so many compliments from people, and I absolutely love how it looks. I received no questions about the big change except "have you thought about donating", which I very much appreciated! I also was given very helpful advice on how to style my hair when on my own :)

Susan was super kind and friendly when trimming my hair! She made sure that I was comfortable and that I could see what my hair looked like at all times :) she also recommended me products that would genuinely benefit for my hair!

There is a team atmosphere at Floyd’s. If one has an appointment and arrives a “little” bit late, they work hard to fit you in the work flow as soon as possible.
The facility has “useful” products suitable for your hair type and needs.
The treatment at the end of the session is very nice and welcomed.
